MWM

MWM was founded in 1871 as a mechanical workshop in Mannheim by car pioneer Carl Benz. The history of MWM diesel engines began in 1910 when the first two-stroke engine was built for submarines. In the beginning, the company manufactured high-speed diesel engines,  later medium-speed diesel engines with turbocharging.
